The house itself is comprised of three one-story wedge-shaped concrete volumes that serve as the carport living area and the private sleeping quarters. Spread across the main floor of the living volume contains the studio family room kitchen dining room living space home office and master suite while an additional level below it features the guest rooms and a home gym.
Wonderful wooden accents in each room add to the inviting ambiance of the house and exposed steel beams give it that touch of industrial style. Iconic Mid-century modern furnishings like the Eames Lounger perfectly complement the luxurious vibe of the residence while a simple neutral color scheme keeps the focus firmly on the decor additions.
Located in a serene little niche on the historic coast of the cabin is all about once again reconnecting with nature and leading a life without frills and distractions. The interior of the cabin has an area of just 70 square meters and Camille Hermand Architectures made the best use of the available space.
The lower level of the custom designed residence houses the home office laundry a spacious entertaining room for the entire family and a smart home gym. Connected with the Zen-style backyard outside a cedar-lined alfresco area links the interior with the expansive pool deck.
